I have had an amazing year at SILC this year sharing art with the children! Thank you for the opportunity! May we forever look at the world and see beauty and perhaps even remember the handful of ways of capturing or expressing it through art that we explored during our time together!

My thanks and love to all who shared their creativity and precious presence with me in the classroom.

Week 20: Painting The Future or My Dream

March 13, 2010

Instructor: Lisa Seltzer

Entries for a SILC sponsored event, Vibha Kalakaar, " a unique competition for children and adults - an opportunity to give wings to your creativity, express yourselves and help a child in need," are being accepted until March 15. One category for participation is youth paintings centered around the future or my dream. In our art class today we will paint these things in order to unleash our imaginations and benefit a child in India.
